Zebras take all the beauty of the horse and make it even more appealing with the coat of stripes. After a visit to South Africa I wanted to share my experience thru art. A simple body of water can sustain so many of the beautiful animals on the African plains. The sun adds a gorgeous reflection as this animal enjoys a drink.
The personality of the Alaska raven can’t help but be a source of interest and wonder. The powerful, intelligent bird features deeply in native Alaska culture making it larger than life. This oil painting is on canvas. The edges are complete allowing the art to hang as it is or to be framed.
Who can resist the beauty and smells of a spring day. Huey takes advantage of a field of daisies to delight in their simple charm. I have always felt that the most humble flower is the daisy. Popping up along roadways and growing thick in fields, it is a flower everyone gets to enjoy.
The beautiful humpback whale travels thru the sea from Hawaii to Alaska. This mother is teaching it’s baby the ways of the watery world. This is on canvas with the edges painting making framing optional.

The soothing comfort of a cup of tea. What charming company a tea loving polar bear would make. Perhaps he favors a mild oolong. This painting is a fun imaginative trip to tea parties with unconventional guest.
We can find friends in unexpected places. This brown bear enjoys a laugh with his feathered friends as they feast on a snack. This friendship though unusual warms the bear’s heart.
Why wouldn’t a kraken want a portrait for his mom? An adventurous artist takes on finding just the right angle to do this magnificent beast justice.
Take a little trip in a flying machine. This pilot and his trusty co-pilot canine head out to adventure in their very original airplane. They have a whale of a good time.
I love thinking about the world that goes on beneath the surface of the water. Seals always seem to be your companion when you are kayaking here in Alaska. I thought this was a fun take on a seal looking for his lunch. This is done in oil.
What recharges you? For me it’s always a walk in the woods. Deep breaths soaking up all the beauty in the simplest things. In this painting the setting sun offers the perfect evening show. Gentle setting sun warms her as she takes it all in.
A fox strolls along his woodland home enjoying the peace of the forest. The palette adds a contemporary feels to the scene.
This charming beach carries a surprising secret for those unaware. One miscalculating move and a rogue wave strikes. At least the robot made a friend after the unexpected dousing.
Of course you would want a little tidal pool time on your vacation at the beach. A curious robot floats along the shore finding the oceans treasures. This is a fun painting which is sure to start conversations. This is a wrap around canvas with finished sides. Not need to frame.
